It’s St David’s Day (or Dydd Gŵyl Dewi) this weekend and there are a few tiny little daffodils blooming in my garden, teasing me about springtime. To celebrate, I made a mini zine, filled with daffodil facts.
If you’d like to make your own, you can either print mine, or create one from scratch. Use the video tutorial at the end of this article to help you fold a sheet of A4 paper into an 8-page mini zine, which you can then fill with facts about whatever you like.

If, for some reason, you’d like to print my daff zine, you can download the image below:
And here’s how you turn it (or any A4 sheet) into a mini zine:
Don’t forget you can use the back of the sheet for something too. A secret message! A daffodil poster! More facts! Your innermost thoughts and feelings! It’s up to you…
Your task this week is to look for daffodils, or to make a mini zine about something else you’ve noticed. If you make one, please send me a picture - I’d love to see it!

London National Park City Paper
I spent the end of last year and the beginning of this year creating something to help people connect with nature in London… and it’s now out in the world!
The London National Park City Paper is a 52-page publication highlighting London National Park City Rangers and the ways they connect with nature in the capital. It also features the important work of some of LNPC’s peer nonprofit organisations in the grassroots and greening space. The Paper is filled with actionable tips, recommendations and inspiring stories.
Whether you’re new to nature and looking for ways to bring a little calm into your day, a nature enthusiast who wants to find community through sport, or just somebody searching for a bit of inspiration, there’s bound to be something for you in these pages, whether you live in London or not.
You can download a copy for a donation of £2+ to London National Park City or pick up a copy at the LNPC Visitor Centre on Mortimer Street. I hope you enjoy it!
P.S. Apparently a rare alignment of 7 planets is taking place in the sky this week - keep your eyes on the sky this evening!

That's a lovely idea! In Edinburgh, our Daffodils are just starting to bloom, it's all crocuses here at the moment, which is also lovely.
Who is Peter?????! 😆
